Impact in Action

The Perfection Foundation is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

By empowering associates to help select the charitable organizations we support, we strengthen both our internal culture and our connection to the regions where we live and work—ensuring our giving reflects what matters most to our people and our communities.

Perfection Group Foundation

At Perfection Group, impact is intentional. In 2011, we formalized that commitment by establishing the Perfection Group Foundation—ensuring our investment in the communities we serve is structured, measurable, and sustained.

Each year, our executive leadership pledges 5% of annual net profit to support nonprofit organizations across our footprint. In addition, 100% of contributions made by associates are directed toward grants for charitable organizations nominated by our own team members.

By empowering associates to have a voice in where we give, we strengthen both our internal culture and our connection to the communities where we live and work. The Foundation proudly supports nonprofit partners who create meaningful, lasting change in the regions surrounding our office locations.

COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY INVESTMENT

In 2022, the Perfection Group Foundation invested $200,000 in athletics, community initiatives, education, fine arts, and youth hunger programs across our service regions.

The Foundation supports charitable organizations through grants that:

  • Promote and support education, training, and development of trades
  • Have an impact on environmental causes
  • Provide for the needs of military veterans
  • Support local communities
  • Respond to disaster relief efforts
