OUR HISTORY
Perfection Group began in 1951 as Perfection Stove Company, founded by Ed and Frances Albrecht in the basement of their home in Hartwell, Ohio. Built on hard work, integrity, and personal accountability, the company quickly earned trust throughout the community.
Over the decades, disciplined growth, partnerships, and acquisitions expanded the organization beyond heating into engineering, HVAC service, energy solutions, and integrated facility operations. What started as a small family business evolved into a regional facility performance partner—while holding firmly to the principles that shaped its beginning.
Today, in its third generation of family ownership, Perfection Group continues to operate with the same enduring standard: deliver quality work, stand behind results, and ask a simple question that still guides us forward—How can we help?
