Our Impact in Action
At Perfection Group, we believe impact should be intentional. In 2011, we formalized that commitment by establishing the Perfection Group Foundation, ensuring our investment in the communities we serve is structured, measurable, and sustained.
Each year, we commit 5% of annual net profits to support nonprofit organizations across our footprint. In addition, 100% of associate contributions are directed toward charitable partners nominated by our team. This creates a model of truly associate-led impact.
By giving our people a voice in where we give, we strengthen our culture and ensure our support reflects what matters most. The result is meaningful, lasting change in the communities where we live and work.

Interests include volunteering, spending time with family, traveling, working out, and playing pickleball.
