Four years in, the Perfection Group Foundation has crossed $1 million in giving — driven by our associates who nominate, contribute, and shape where the support goes.

The Perfection Group Foundation has surpassed $1 million in charitable giving, marking a significant milestone just over four years after awarding its first grant.

Since launching in 2022, the Foundation has taken a people-first approach to corporate philanthropy—directing support to the communities where Perfection Group associates live and work. What makes the model distinct is how decisions are made: many of the organizations supported are nominated directly by employees, ensuring funding goes to causes with real, personal connection.

“This milestone reflects our people,” said Courtney Stylski, Foundation Chairperson. “They don’t just support the Foundation—they shape it, and the impact shows in the communities we serve.”

The Foundation focuses its giving across five core areas aligned with the company’s values: skilled trades education, community support, military initiatives, environmental sustainability, and disaster relief.

That approach is producing measurable results. In fiscal year 2025 alone, the Foundation committed more than $500,000 in funding. Notable contributions include:

  • $40,000 to Trades NKY, funding a full trades curriculum at a new Northern Kentucky high school and creating a direct pathway to skilled careers
  • $31,000 to Spirit of Construction, supporting military scholarships and workforce development in the trades
  • $30,000 to Bethany House, providing housing and support for families experiencing temporary displacement across the Cincinnati region
  • $10,000 to Green Forests Work, advancing large-scale reforestation, with more than eight million trees planted across 15,000+ acres and 500,000 trees already planted in 2026

These investments reflect the Foundation’s focus on creating meaningful, long-term impact across the communities it serves.

The Foundation’s growth is fueled not only by company leadership, but by broad associate participation. Today, 73 employees contribute through payroll deduction, helping sustain and scale the Foundation’s reach.

The initiative reflects a long-standing commitment to giving back, shaped by company leaders Jack, John, and Todd Albrecht, and grounded in Perfection Group’s broader mission of building stronger communities alongside the facilities they serve.

“Giving back has always been part of who we are,” said Todd Albrecht, CEO of Perfection Group. “This milestone reflects not just what we’ve built as a company, but how our people continue to invest in the communities we serve.”

As the Foundation looks ahead, its focus remains steady: deepen partnerships, expand associate involvement, and continue investing in initiatives that create long-term impact.
