Building 1 (336,600 sq ft)

We’ve added air conditioning to the plant over a series of phases and about a 15 year timeframe, changing to a heated and cooled facility vs. heated only. They now have 36 packaged roof top units totaling 1,095 tons of A/C. 

All work was done in an active production/manufacturing facility. 

Building 2 (270,000 sq ft)

After several building additions and expansions, we updated this building to a heated and cooled facility vs. heated only. They now have 30 packaged roof top units totaling 705 tons of A/C.

All work was done in an active production/manufacturing facility except for the latest addition. 

Building 3 (81,200 sq ft)

This is a manufacturing facility that changed from a heating only facility to a heated and cooled facility in 2018. They now have 18 packaged roof top units totaling 450 tons of A/C.

All work was done in an active production/manufacturing facility. 

Building 4 (57,750 sq ft)

This manufacturing facility was recently constructed in 2021 designed with full heat and A/C from the start. They have 5 packaged roof top units totaling 107-1/2 tons of A/C.

This was a new build.

Building 5 (50,000 sq ft now, expanding another 63,000 sq ft for a total of 113,000 sq ft)

This new building was constructed by another developer adjacent to PMO’s campus in 2023. Perfection Group installed the core and shell HVAC at that time for another General Contractor. PMO recently purchased the building and has plans to expand by more than double. Our HVAC Design will include a total of 15 packaged roof top units totaling 305 tons of A/C.

PMO has approximately 860,000 sq ft of manufacturing facility across 5 buildings in Fairfield. Perfection Group has provided and installed 104 packaged roof top units totaling over 2,660 tons of air conditioners making these facilities comfortable and efficient.
