Victoria Theatre Association (VTA) owns, operates and maintains over 300,000 sq. ft. encompassing the Schuster Performing Arts Center, the Victoria Theatre and the Metropolitan Arts Center.

Equipment and facilities range from the historic Victoria Theater to the state of the art Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center. Maintenance and capital planning for equipment and infrastructure in varying stages of their life cycle is a challenge. Their objective was to be “good stewards” of the facilities to assure that patrons can enjoy the facilities today – and 20 years from now.

Solution

The VTA looked to Perfection Group for an on-site facility manager, a facility asset condition re-port, maintaining existing HVAC equipment, energy conservation measures and a long range capital plan for lighting and HVAC replacement.
