Perfection Group, Inc., with more than six decades of experience, designs, installs and services mechanical and environmental systems focusing on energy-efficient facility operations for commercial, industrial and institutional customers. Headquartered in Cincinnati, the company also has locations in Indianapolis, Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee, Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio and Charleston, West Virginia.
The company has greatly contributed to the success of Energizing Indiana’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Prescriptive Rebate Program and recently completed multiple projects in Morgan County here in Indiana.
Perfection Group developed solutions for improved energy efficiency at several government buildings including the Morgan County Probation Office and Annex, Morgan County Administration Building, Morgan County Jail and the Morgan County Courthouse and Courthouse Administration Building. Improvements ranged from lighting upgrades to improvements in HVAC equipment and netted the county nearly $20,000 in rebates.
The design-build company is individually owned and employs nearly 200 people. It specializes in putting together complete programs specifically designed to work for the customer. Perfection Group evaluates the entire building envelope—everything from upgrades to heating and air, windows and insulation to ways to revitalize existing equipment. Project Manager Bill Lippert, who works in the company’s Green Division, said Perfection Group looks for innovative programs in all of its service areas to help customers save money and become more energy efficient.
“We’ve worked with Energizing Indiana since its inception and the program is a good fit for our customers,” said Lippert. We look to build long-term relationships and contribute to energy efficiency beyond just one project, and our partnership with Energizing Indiana has been beneficial in doing that.” Energizing Indiana applauds the commitment and dedication of Perfection Group to making Indiana facilities more energy efficient.
